Appointment times: Reservations are preferred, though not always necessary. We do recommend reserving your next visit prior to leaving, in order to guarantee availability of desired services and times in the future.
Your experience: Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time to check in, change and begin to relax.
Cancellations: We request 24 hours advance notice if you must cancel a reservation. Additionally, we require a 50 percent deposit on spa services and packages. Failure to cancel your service(s) in a timely manner will forfeit this deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
Group events: A day with the girls... A bridal shower... Moms & Daughters... Couples... Designing Image Spa can provide a memorable and relaxing experience. Choose from our packages or create a personalized day. Weekdays are the best to reserve the spa for just your group. A 50% percent deposit is required on all group services and packages. Failure to cancel your service(s) within 48 hours will forfeit this deposit, thank you for your understanding. Call for details.
Payment: Cash, local checks and all major credit cards are accepted.
Designing Image Gift Certificates: We offer a variety of gifts perfect for any occasion. We'll help you personalize a memorable experience for someone special and, if desired, delivery to your home or business. Please note, all gift certificates are non-refundable.
